Individuals of the LGBTQIA Community are considered for inclusion to the List of Aviators (LOA) res judicata just like any other demographic. In fact, individuals of said community are known to have a strong grasp of the inner workings of high bypass ducted fans, reduced/FLEX takeoff thrust, and and the use of flight management systems during RNAV (GPS/RNP) approaches. At least in theory it matters not at all to the committee responsible for the drafting of the LOA. |
