Morally I think its wrong to practice homosexuality, yet I have family, coworkers, and friends who are gay and I like them as people. If a couple are going to live for decades together they should benefit from each others health and pension plans. This is the 21 century. I feel the same way about abortion. Morally its a reprehensible thing to do, but its on the Mothers conscience, between her God and herself. It shouldn't be used as a form of contraception but thats up to a woman, not a government to decide. Who's going to adopt all the children that women will be forced to give birth to if abortion is banned? The majority of anti-abortionists don't even have children. |
