"Yes, but the local towns and villages have done a fairly decent job with that by Tuesday already on main roads, and Wednesday and Thursday most small roads were open. There aren't gas stations on these small aforementioned roads."

WHICH LOCALS ARE YOU REFERRING TO? DO YOU WORK FOR THE STATE DOT BY CHANCE? I MEAN....YOU SURE HAVE ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE FOR ONE PERSON TO HANDLE SUCH A GREAT TASK OF SURVEYING THE ENTIRE STRUCK REGION....WHAT GIVE BUDDY? YOU BY CHANCE USING A CRYSTAL BALL?
