Typical Management retoric...NY & NJ are CLOSED SHOP States and we are certainly not Voyaguer or Canada, Thank God! Voyaguer had the option to settle this long before a strike came about, but, chose not to, therefore sealing their own fate. Shitline had the same option but decided to advertise LONG in advance , the hiring of SCAB! I'm sure the drivers, displaced by the closing, found work elsewhere at a better rate than they were getting. The hiring of SCABS, and thats what they are, low life SCABS, many of them PROFESSIONAL SCABS that go from job to job SCABBING for Management so Management can get the upper hand on the Rank and File. Hopefully, when we get a new President, the Congress and Senate will bring up the ANTI SCAB law, whereas forcing crooked, greedy Companies, like Shitline/Coach U SCAB A-HOLES to sit down and hash out a FAIR AND DECENT contract whereas drivers can actually earn a living on their wages.. Management can sit there and bitch and complain all they want about drivers, but, the bottom line is, we can sit there and watch 100's of buses leave a terminal without a Manager onboard, but, we have yet to see a bus leave a terminal without a driver on it. Remember exactly who is a little more important in this field. |
