I am not looking for personal thoughts about why a bus cant....a old bus that needs paint or is non ADA compliant or is not your personal favorite doesnt matter. I am just looking for what will actually hit the streets. This is a really neat deal and if it proves feasible then maybe other transit companies will follow the trend. Look how popular the MUNI F Line is and what a revolution it started for vintage vehicles. Is there a complete roster of the vintage fleet? Please post what kind of bus you are referring to when you mention a bus number as many of us are unfamiliar with the entire fleet. I would assume that most of the NYCTA Fishbowls could go back into service along with the RTS and Grumman.
