MTA is designed not to be accountable and is bureaucracy where they don't even appreciate their workers, the private bus companies were like small businesses that had family working environments, even GTJ REIT got good reviews for work culture on glassdoor.com. When you have better morale, that's also a factor in determining whether service is good or not. You can't have good service without good employee morale. |
