Back in the 50's the buses of the Newburgh-Beacon Bus Company where painted in the Pepsi-Cola Livery. The front of the bus featured a hugh Pepsi bottle cap.I believe that several bus agencies used this form of advertising. Does anyone remember this? San Francisco's MUNI had many of its buses and trolley coaches with Pepsi signs and advertising in the front. Other beverage advertisers included Mug Root Beer (founded locally in San Francisco, but distributed by Pepsi nationwide), Coors and Squirt (a grapefruit soda much like Fresca or Mello Yello).
