Also . . . it seems it was around the time of QV's opening that the last seven of the first OA Flxibles from 1969 (4721-4727) were transferred to Hudson depot in Manhattan, thus those buses truly penetrated into Manhattan for the first time (apart from some Bx- buses assigned out of depots where they had been stored up to that point). |
