That makes it hard for me to understand the point you are trying to make. "Harlem residents are not overly attached to their vehicles." If you say so. (I think I can agree with this, although it depends on how we want to define "overly attached." Also, my statements do not refer only to Harlem residents.) "They need their "leaders" to get out of the way of better mass transit." Yes. The same goes for plenty of neighborhoods other than Harlem. |
