I don't see the Williamsburg Bridge plaza being a substantial catchment basin for LaGuardia-bound passengers. Yes, there are some, but no more so than many of the other regional transit centers in that part of Brooklyn and Queens. In other words, Williamsburg Bridge plaza is simply "small potatoes." Woodside is different because it catches longer-distance travel from many parts of Long Island, consistent with the nature of an airport which gathers its passengers from a region similar in size and scope to that the LIRR system.
