But that's not what you want to hear so it goes in one ear and out the other.I guess you don't pay much attention to my viewpoints on these sorts of matters. I don't think I'm the one in this conversation reading selectively. All you know is that Orthodox Jews must stick up for one another because any outsider as you see it who does not agree is the enemy and that includes non Orthodox Jews. I'm not Orthodox. The minyan that I help to run in Jerusalem is fully egalitarian and even allows bat-Kohanim to duchen. If a legitimate, fare paying passenger who has somewhere legitimate to go gets on the B110 and has problems, I'll side with that passenger. OTOH, journalists looking to make news don't qualify as legitimate passengers in my mind, since it seems as if they weren't following up a specific incident, but rather went to make a story. See the difference? |
