They won't take transit for shopping or leisure trips if they have a car.

Rerouting the bus as you suggest will remove the direct to the ferry and mall service that already exists. And since I JUST walked it, it takes all of 6 minutes to walk from Victory Blvd to the Todt Hill Houses.

Not worth it logically, and from a financial standpoint, illogical.
