So they are not rules.That's exactly the point that was made and why the word "rules" was written in quotation marks: it is not quite clear if in fact what is published is a "rule" or merely an advisory regarding courtesy. I'm not quite sure hwo the company intends it to be taken, but I see danger in having the word "rule" associated with it. |
