The passengers who have lost NYCT employees serving them on express buses in favor of private operators have lost a level of safety as it pertains to this issue.Let me put it to you this way: an operator that has a problem with drivers & drug and alcohol compliance WILL NOT get insurance of any kind. These operators tend not to operate commuter routes of any sort due to the scrutiny. |
