NYCT has a very strict internal policy as it pertains to alcohol and drug testing. The passengers who have lost NYCT employees serving them on express buses in favor of private operators have lost a level of safety as it pertains to this issue.Why? Because it is NYCT's way of doing things to put the fear of God into their employees in all titles to make them perform. |
