This is one of the ten most remote places in the five boroughs that a bus route terminated.  Yes parking will now be allowed here  Is was appropriate that an RTS be the final bus to serve this line. RTS's first came to Queens Village depot in 1983, after the Grumman Flxible debacle and their younger brothers have been there since.  I want that sign  At the 165 Street bus terminal awaiting The final eastbound run.  The operator steps outside during the layover.   Yes, only three passengers aboard the final eastbound run, myself, another operator who was filming the round trip for posterity and a guy who got off at Union Turnpike |
