That road (as well as other bad roads like the FDR Drive, the Belt Parkway, and the Jackie Robinson Parkway) is beautiful as long as there are no other cars at the time. There are too many assholes who don't know how to drive on those roads, and the roads are usually too crowded to go faster than 50 without getting killed. The scenic winding roads I referred to have very little traffic, even in the middle of a Sunday in the summer. Up in Sussex County, New Jersey or parts of Orange or Ulster Counties in New York. |
