Its not that it confusing, at least not in any borough outside of Brooklyn, but operators are forbidden from displaying any sign except what they are working.Also if a bus is pulling in to the depot customers will just see a destination being displayed and not even bother to read it just seeing it says something other than not in service. Also disabled customers with vision problems will get confused. I don't see how displaying a B46 sign is a memory to the operator. If operators are permitted to do this they will display any sign except the one they are supposed to display. |
