We have a whole new set of managers at MTV and the union tried bending the ear of the new AGS about my bring too proactive and aggressive. Luckily the AGS is a mentor of mine. He was my first line trainer when I graduated from school as a bus operator and I made dispatcher about two years after he did and we worked together for many years at Mother Hale.He went into management and I'm happy for him. Anyway he called me in and told me the union camplained about my work and he told me keep up the good work do not slow down at all. Good thing about MTA is that you can't change anything here, but if you can make a little difference you've done a whole lot! |
