TTC practices the policy of "education not enforcement". You educate the person about the fare (ie "Excuse me, sir, the fare is $2.75"). After the evader says "F$%^ YOU!" your job is essentially done. Unfortunately, sometimes merely mentioning the fare to some of these people is enough to set them off. |
