1. Take a video camera or a suitable device that captures video and sound. Also a bullhorn.
2. Go to the Eltingville Transit Center around morning rush hour.
3. Begin recording.
4. Take said bullhorn and shout "THE CITY WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITHOUT THE EXPRESS BUSES DRAINING THE FUNDS!"
5. Record results.
6. Post here.
