Is it me, or is Steven at it again?

Posted by R160 Maniac on Tue Dec 30 21:18:15 2008

Note: I DID NOT in any way take this pic, just got it from a friend and posted it here.

My friend got this picture from another guy who apparently got it from steven himself. This picture is on my friends photobucket, where i got it from and posted it here, and he did not take the pic either.

http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh191/coneykidw8/steven.jpg
It appears he is driving an R62 in the tunnel doing 26 MPH. Idk how he got access to the train, weather he got it from a yard, some t/o let him drive it....

True, notice how you cannot see the handles. He's in some other cab on the train. Never trust a foamer.

His hand could be covering it, but w/e. Regardless, he still somehow has the MTA clothes and is in a cab.

Ummm, der, look at the photo CLOSELY. If that was a 2nd 3rd or 4th car, which are HALF-CABS, then would there be RUST at the edge of the picture, where the panel is?

Shiny means that it's clean doesn't mean it's rust proof

I thought 62s were made of regular metal not stainless steel ?

That happened last week with a vintage bus run that had mostly busfans on it, so it was no big deal when the driver got lost near the Lincoln Tunnel. He made it all the way to 14th Street in Hoboken before realizing he was lost. No one complained or asked for free tickets, not that any would be given out.

the picture shows his gauge in what looks to be running release, but there is no brake handle visible in the "9 oclock" position and his right hand is not where it'd need to be to have it in running release anyway (its at a 45 degree angle), so my 2c is regardless of half cab or full "its a fake"...
