What I don't get is why would anyone living in SCARSDALE or BRONXVILLE need to have a registered gun? I mean....lets face it...there are NOT high-crime areas. Yet when you look at the map, there are way to many in those places.Because the free exercise of individual constitutional rights is dependent on an area's crime rate? I must have missed the part of the US Constitution that confers a status of extra-constitutionality to certain parts of the country. |
