When I was a dispatcher at Mother Hale we had a young man who had a complete bus uniform including badge. Well come to find out he was pulling buses out of the depot and other depots and driving runs for operators who were paying him to do it.This was pre 9/11 when we did not have to have our ID's displayed at all times or available when asked for it. |
