Why does posting his photo here change anything? If he's doing something bad and you see him doing it, why do you need his photo before calling over a police officer?Not to put any words in Railman's mouth, but it's the same concept as putting up photos of known pedophiles. If someone has a track record, you observe them more closely. It doesn't mean Railman will immediately call the cops when he spots the person in question, but it does mean that he will be more vigilant in watching him when he sees him. Hope this clarifies things somewhat without offending anyone. |
