Not only that, but they have some nice and rare wilderness in their backyards for their families and pets to play.No, most of the ROW is higher than their backyards and fenced off. Sure, they can climb through holes in the fence and up the incline to play, if they don't mind the homeless camps, glass bottles, and abandoned cars. |
