Here's my suggestion: Continue the C beyond Euclid, then have it turn NORTH onto the Rockaway viaduct via a new flyover. Reopen Ozone Park and Woodhaven stations (including the LIRR Atlanic one). Don't run any night service ever. Some of them NIMBYs may come aroundand makea further extension possible. |
