Thought since I'm old school, I felt posting my scanned images from that era could please the younger crowd, so here we go:

R68A 5186

R68A 5180

R68A 5172 Interior

Yellow B On R68A

Original R68A Rollsign

R68A B Train Crossing Manhattan Bridge

R68 2862 on the N at Coney Island

R68 2813 Interior

Original R68 Rollsign

Now did I say old school? If those don't know, what do you see different?

The roll signs. I liked those old roll signs much better than the ones they replaced them with. It makes no sense to put the borough or neighborhood before the name of the stop.

I didn't forget that. I remember the complaints we filed when they told us we had to go to Northern Blvd to pick up that shit on a flat rate regardless of travel time too. Some people were getting these shirts without compensation at all. I have one pair of the Casey Jones pinstriped overalls left I used for winter time oil changes and don't know why I didn't let the cat shit on it first. Speaking of shirts I have one unopened shirt from Northern Blvd which still has the "M" showing through it but I am scared to open it and see how much I weigh now so it sits in a closet.
