The so-called "ghost stations" on the IRT are also considered "closed," but each of them is more of an "official station" than Cortlandt/Greenwich is. They still have platforms! |

The trick is to get out of state people to loose there money there That is why the lottery is just another tax or redistribution of money from the private sector to wasteful gov If the mta was in private (non subsidized hands) the workers would still have nice salary and benefits but the work rules would only be half as bad |
