I really like the catenary poles that they use. They are so much more pleasing to the eyes than the monstrous silver poles that they use in LA & Sacramento. |

Especially like the one by Sun Devil Stadium, as I saw that view (might even have a pic) in October 1994. Of course, back then it was just the one RR track (dunno which RR), always thought it was strange to have a RR track running through a major college campus (though it makes a nice divider between the athletic complex and the rest of the campus). I'm sure commuting ASU students will be making good use of the light rail. |
