Nice numbers on 9319-lol. Can you say wrong font?As far as the equipment changes, I believe that the R44s belong on the C and the other cars should continue to be on the A. Is that an R38 on the E or were the signs changed for picture purposes? |

As someone who doesn't care about riding at an RFW, I LOVE the R44s. They have the best seat in the entire NYCTA fleet (The seat right next to the door. Unlike the R46, they still have their glass windscreens, keeping the people standing in the doorway off of you, and something for me to lean my head on when I sleep, while still allowing me to have some leg room. And the seat next to you only fills on crowded trains. |

According to others, the R38s will start heading to the reef, but we can expect to see them on the A for a bit longer (No more R40s on the A! WooHoo!)We're quickly approaching the time where CI will have no more 60' cars that aren't NTTs. After that, It would seem that Jamaica will get them, which will likely send more R42s to Pitkin/207 to allow more R38s to take a swim. What happens after Jamaica has no more Phase I R32s or R42s is anyone's guess. |

Thanks for your help...ohhh okay. so hmmmmm probably by january or february we will start seen the R160's on the A? so i guess after Phase I R32s or R42s are gone from jamaica yard, the R160'S will be taken that spot. probably by spring 2009. |

The R32s and 42s on the E will either go to the reef, or to Pitkin/207. It's been said here that R160s won't go to the A because of some power problem in the Rockaways. I'm sure others can elaborate. |

After seeing South Brooklyn Railway's post, I looked at the EXIF data for your photos. I see that you are using a point and shoot, so you don't have much control over your photos. But one way to improve your non-flash low-light photos would be to use a higher ISO setting. It seems your camera allows you to set the ISO to Auto, or 100 or 200 or 400. It seems your photos were taken at ISO 100 or 200. If you set the ISO to 400, you could possibly reduce the degree of blurriness. |
