You could view it as this: VISTA ENGINEERING CORPORATION 100.00% APPLIED PROJECTS COMPANY, INC. 129.91% M.A. ANGELIADES, INC. 136.20% ARNELL CONSTRUCTION CORP. 158.10% MARACAP CONSTRUCTION INDUST. 175.62% CONSTANTINE D&B LTD. 192.05% Given that distribution, I would guess at three being price gougers, two being realistic, and one being over-optimistic. But I don't actually know what the contract includes. |

Willets Point/Shea Stadium has ramps between mezzanine and platforms, which makes ADA retrofitting somewhat easier. An elevator or ramp could be built from the mezzanine to the CitiField entrance plaza. |

Yeah, at least that's what the computer images of CitiField show. The southwestern edge of CitiField will be very, very close to the northeastern edge of Shea Stadium, which is close to where the current subway rotunda is.Although I'd certainly like to see a complete Willets Point Station renovation, complete with ADA access. |
