Neither have I. I am surprised they didn’t mention that the Blizzard of 1888 was the reason they decided to build the subway.

That's interesting that you and Brooklyn Bus also never saw this before.

I found a little bit about the filmmaker. It was his first film. I especially liked the scenes of the veteran motorman, which had a down to earth feel. Many of the scenes had an unpolished feel, which made them seem even more real.
