Posted by chuchubob on Fri Sep 4 23:52:06 2015 A tour of the Green Line shop was not planned as part of the Electric Railroaders' Association trip, but when we arrived at the end of the line, the METRORail supervisor who accompanied us chose to take our LRV into the yard. He then allowed us to get out to take photos in the yard. Sensing our interest, he then allowed us to walk through the shop.         An extension of the Green Line is under construction. The tracks connecting the yard and the extension are in place.
