As long as the MTA is occasionally going to "Outside Contractors",how about the possibility of renting some of these Radar Speed indicators found set up near "School Zones" posting "Your speed is" Flashing signs for the T/O's use to reach and hold 10 MPH, to make it through the GAP. I'm thinking out side of the box, looking for a "work around". |
