After a stop at Eastern Parkway , the majority of the people left for the museum and the botanic gardens. After the stop we went into nevins spur and then out to new lots (which is when the pic was taken). |

They're called Low-V's because the Operator's Controller doesn't directly connect to the 600 Volts that the train uses, unlike the High-V's which do. The train uses as much electricity as all other subway cars do. |

I should have made it a Silverliner reference by saying I only ride rapid transit cars that run on 12,000 volts or more. From the point of view of the power grid however 600 volts is low voltage. |
