The first time we made the mistake of not getting a sleeper and, because of all of the Disney World-bound families, did not get a minute of sleep from all the noise! |

Presently, and sadly, yes the Lorton, VA to Sanford, FL run is the only one. If I am not mistaken, there used to be one from the Midwest (I do not recall which city/state) to Florida, but it was very short lived and if I recall right, done way sometime in the late 70s or early 80s. |

I was there on Thursday. Did you see the new sign about photography. Basically, it states what we have been staying recently. Photography by passengers is legal in "non-restrictive areas" and on platforms prior to boarding and after detraining. Photography of any Amtrak equipment and other items is legal if taken from any non-Amtrak property.They did mention on the train about adjustments to the reclining seats in coach that now only tilt about 45 degrees. |
