I visited Juniata Terminal on Saturday to see the new paint job on SW1500 9275

here's the former paint job

When I arrived, SW1500 9625 was shoving E8 5809 on to 5711 and into the enginehouse

historic landmark Pennsylvania 120

Those E-8's are just too cool.

They are scheduled to pull the Liberty Limited from Washington Union Staation to South Philly for the Army-Navy Game on Dec 11.

Wow, great shots, Bob. That slug even looks great painted up although it looks like they're dragging a casket around. The E8's of course look gorgeous.

Fred

My brother and his sons will be at that game but since they live in Vorhees, NJ, they won't be taking the train.

Great pics, but I prefer the old paint scheme on the switcher. It looks more like the Pennsy tuscan red if it isn't actually a variation of that color.

No, just SW1500's, yard slug, E-8's, Varnish, and MOW equipment.
