PennDOT ought to set up a RR authority, run it themselves, and get STB authority for trackage rights to run straight into Hoboken, stop to discharge westbound, receive westbound at 5 or 6 heavy Jersey stations, just like a Pennsylvania bus company would trying to get to NY. . |
