If you ever ride thsat line , look at the schedule to see how the train does, they get 2 minuets between stations , that's 120 seconds, and includes from the stop and finally and load/unload time at the previous station to when they arrive and stop and the next. With accelerating and decelerating , I doubt if they go faster than 40 Mph between two points/stations roughly one l mile apart. I guess we can see the event recorder for the speeds, or ask the engineer what max speed he attains for,say 30 seconds?There is nothing so Holy as the Local to Paoli, they say. I still think the run from Malvern To Exton is quick. |
