Yeah, then they turned out to have not only full cabs, but bulkhead doors with no view whatsoever. In that case however the reporter could have mistaken half-cab for halfable cab, which of course they are. In this case the SEPTA official specifically addressed the issue and why the full cabs were rejected. |
