Posted by SUBWAYSURF on Sat Jul 31 16:01:49 2010 OK all you "rail-fans".Time to test your knowledge and put up or shut-up. Name AT LEAST 10 differences in appearance between the R68 and R68A visible by any passenger, either interior or exterior, major or trivial, no matter. There are at least 12, maybe more. But I'll accept 10. Builders plates don't count, for any wiseguys out there.Same goes for car numbers. 5 vs 2 yeah we all know that. Olog is not allowed to participate and his answers, if any, will not be considered. Since he said I hate trains. Quiz is open to ALL others. Results/winners will be posted early AM Monday 8/2/10. BTW I gave this challenge to the head foamer volunteer (who some of you may know) at the NYTM about 10 years ago, when I volunteered there 3x weekly, and he bombed miserably, only getting 4. An eye for small details will help you greatly. Go to it! Grand Prize: Absolutely nothing! 2nd prize: Even less I am serious(ly) bored here AND NEED TO BE AMUSED. |
