My point was that the vandal had to be standing on firm ground to get that kind of height and do such a "good job" in "mural" format, which standing on the ground of a yard would not allow.I suspect this was a snow bird, likely for the weekend, allowing the vandal to stand on the raised concrete walkway and take his sweet time. |
