I'm talking about the "Rules of Conduct" brochure and you are speaking of the Supreme Court. Maybe it's that disconnect in your level of consciousness that is causing your problem. In the meantime, I've also heard that it might be your "less than conventional" appearance and your poor hygiene practices that may contribute to your problems. I don't know that to be true since I've never seen you but I discount nothing. |
