I would, because there aren't any such laws.At the moment, neither state nor federal law recognises some vague notion of "common sense" as legally binding. If it's legal, then it's legal— and forcing me to stop is illegal. Of course, I didn't actually take a photo of the machine until he inspired me to with his rant; he shouted that I couldn't take photos as I was adjusting the white balance on my camera with my back to him and his precious machine. |
