My point is that both are acts where a certain level of security is warranted, just as servicing the MVM would be. No, one is an act that requires no security and the other is an act that is likely and rightly protected by law to prevent the stealing of individual's personal data. The act of servicing an MVM in public involves creating a non-public area immediately adjacent to and surrounding the MVM. However since the serving can be seen from a public area, there is no problem with photographing it. It is up to NYCT to choose to block the view of the MVM if they do not wish it to be photographed during servicing. Take Pride,
