Yes, in my opinion, but also based on all available evidence. There is absolutely no evidence that anything happened other than the way he described it. Being an employee would not help you imagine a different, correct, set of circumstances since there are an infinite number of possible scenarios that can play out at any time, and only one did, and only a few people know what happened.However being an employee and an active member of this forum means you should be well aware of the rules and that photography is not prohibited in any public areas as long as no other rules are being violated. |
