Thanks, Doc!! :-)Yeah, I loved them when they were in service!! With their typical EMD groan and growl when accelerating (not a loud WHIRRRRRRRRRR!! like the BL-Shits, like it is some kind of oversized Hoover vacuum cleaner!! :-P) The F-10s were especially better!! I love the old school, old time feel of riding in them with their cabs largely unchanged since their pre-MNR days appearance wise!! Yeah, seeing them in the "Bone Yard" does indeed suck!! :-( |
