Helps keep city cattle off the property...good observation that you spotted that. What city critters you ask....doggies, cats, mostly but we do have coyotes, possums, raccoons, and a few wolves. There used to be "deer crossing" signs on the Blue line out near O'Hare. Plus, you'd be surprised that humans under the influence have difficulty walking on those wooden barriers.Here's a closeup over on the Pink line.  David |
