It might have improved more and sooner.I was looking at the SBS Phase II study on the MTA's website, and it was really sad that among the areas they showed as being dense and far from the subway were in the corridors of the old Myrtle Avenue and 3rd Avenue Lines. Foresight=FAIL! |
